EVOPRENE families

G series

Extremely versatile, offering a great balance of properties.  ECO series offers options with reduced carbon footprint.

COGEE series

Formulated to bond (co-mold or co-extrude) with rigid plastics such as nylon, ABS, and PC.

Super G

Designed for enhanced compression set performance.  Has high elastic recovery with great dynamic sealing capability.

LF series

Low fogging (LF) series for automotive in-cabin applications.

HP series

Formulated for tough applications with low abrasion resistance.

EVOPRENE TPE compounds are ideal for many applications

Since the 1980s, we have been developing and servicing our TPE compound series under the brand name EVOPRENE.  The result is a proven portfolio with hundreds of formulations designed for a vast array of applications.  EVOPRENE TPE compounds have many benefits:

  • Wide range of hardness from 12A to 95A

  • Excellent resistance to thermal degradation, ozone and UV light

  • Excellent substitute for silicone, rubber, vinyl or TPV, depending on the material characteristics required

  • Good elastic recovery properties

  • Can be processed on traditional equipment with no pre-drying except higher filled grades

  • Can be reheated and reprocessed without degradation.  Off-cuts can be recycled back into prime material.​

  • Easily colored into bright hues

  • Grades for general purpose, food-contact, and healthcare applications
