SUPERKLEEN specialty vinyl compounds are designed to pass USP Class VI biocompatibility requirements.

SUPERKLEEN™ compounds are engineered to meet the performance and material transparency expectations required in healthcare, food contact, and specialty products. All grades are designed to pass USP Class VI biocompatibility and cytotoxicity requirements, supporting confidence in material selection for regulated end uses.

SUPERKLEEN™ processes like traditional flexible PVC and is suitable for extrusion and molding applications, allowing manufacturers to transition seamlessly without retooling or process changes. Compounds are flexible (ranging from 53A to 90A) providing the necessary elasticity for product design.

SUPERKLEEN flexible vinyl compounds are non-phthalate and formulated with bio-based plasticizers.
