A Commitment to Growth and Safety

BOSTON, 14 October 2025 – Orbia Advance Corporation S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: ORBIA*) Polymer Solutions’ business group Alphagary, a leading global supplier of specialty compounds and additives, has announced a significant investment to expand its operations in Pineville, NC (USA). The company is installing a new production line dedicated to processing flame retardant compounds for cables used in data, voice, and video transmission. This expansion will add 12,000 tons of capacity per year to the site, providing local customers with a logistical advantage and improved delivery service. The expansion project is currently underway, with a ramp-up process that began in September 2025. The line is expected to be fully operational by January 2026.
