EVOPRENE is Alphagary’s portfolio of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compounds that combine elastomeric performance with the processing efficiency of thermoplastics.
The EVOPRENE TPE family of compounds provide a balance of elastic recovery, processability, and design flexibility, making them suitable for a wide range of soft‑touch and sealing applications. Key performance characteristics (grade dependent) include:

Processing and Design Flexibility
EVOPRENE compounds are designed to process efficiently on standard extrusion and molding equipment, supporting both high‑volume production and custom formulations. Materials can be reheated and reprocessed without degradation, helping reduce manufacturing waste and improve material utilization.
