AlphaGary is fully committed to monitoring, measuring and improving our quality management systems and all inclusive processes at each of our manufacturing facilities world wide. In order to continuously improve our customer oriented and support processes we establish realistic targets for core quality objectives on an annual basis. We then monitor, measure and initiate action plans for improvement as necessary to ensure that we move forward to meet or exceed customer expectations.
